Melissa and Alex’s West Palm Beach engagement session was so much fun!

From the moment I connected with Melissa about her wedding plans, it felt like meeting an instant kindred spirit. The vibe they envisioned for their big day exuded an aura of laid-back charm and pure enjoyment. Despite residing in California, they flew into town to coordinate with their wedding vendors. Taking advantage of their visit, we decided to turn our meet-up into a memorable photo session here in Florida.

As we discussed the shoot, I encouraged them to infuse their unique style and personalities into every frame. Melissa shared her excitement about her dad’s classic 1992 Mazda Miata, expressing a desire to include it in our session. My response? An enthusiastic “Absolutely, bring it on!”

Our adventure commenced against the backdrop of the beach, capturing the carefree, fun-filled essence that resonates with the shore. As the day progressed, they hopped into the vintage Miata, the epitome of coolness, and embarked on a journey to one of my favorite spots in Hobe Sound as the sun began its descent.

With the top down, wind in their hair, and drinks in hand, we embraced the twilight hues, capturing the essence of an epic sunset. The whole experience was an absolute blast, easily ranking as one of the most enjoyable sessions I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of.
