Questions To Ask Your Photographer
01.
What Pricing And Packages Do You Offer?
The Low Down
Every wedding is different and so a one size fits all pricing package doesn’t work for everyone. That is why I offer a base 8 hour package and then build off of that based on the needs of each couple. Making the pricing easy and straight forward makes the process of choosing what you need so much less stressful.
Since I am based in Northern Michigan but still service Florida, pricing for weddings in each place vary depending on location and travel. All wedding/elopement packages for destination weddings outside of Michigan and Florida will be customized.
Florida wedding full day wedding coverage starts at $6000
Michigan wedding full day coverage starts at $5150
Local Michigan Elopement packages start at $1995 (Travel fees apply outside of Northern Michigan and also to the Upper Peninsula)

Do You Work With A Second Photographer?
The Deets
You can add on a second photographer at any time during the booking process. I shoot approx. 90% of my weddings solo. With that said, I do require the addition of a second photographer in certain scenarios. For example, if you have a large wedding party I do require a second photographer be added.
Once we have out initial meeting and chat about your possible day of time line I can suggest whether you should add the second photographer or not. You can also add on the second photographer at any point during this process.
Add a second photographer for $500 (8 hours)

Do You Require A Wedding Planner?
I encourage this!
For any wedding I book I encourage you hire a wedding planner to at the very least professional day of coordinator. Having a planner for your day is SO important. Over the years I have realized that when couples do not have a wedding planner that the job of planner gets put on the photographer. As much as I would love to be able to do both jobs it just isn’t possible. When there isn’t a planner and I have to jump into planning mode this causes me to not be able to do my job of photographing moments.
Now, this doesn’t mean you need to hire a full planner package. A professional day of coordinator will do the trick! This way you have someone there to make sure all of your vendors are where they are suppose to be. As well as making sure everything goes smoothly, all things are set up correctly and that everything stays on time.
