Stephanie + Shane Burlington Elopement – {Vermont Elopement Photographer}

The more the years go by the more I realize that small intimate weddings and elopements are where my heart lies. If you have been a client of mine you know I am all about the client expereince and really getting to know my clients. This isn’t just a job for me, its about creating life long relationships. I feel that with smaller more intimate settings I really get to be present with my clients and tell their story.

Stephanie and Shane decided to elope in the beautiful state of Vermont. I had photographed Stehpanie’s sisters wedding the year prior and instantly fell in love with Vermont. So, when they asked me to come back for the elopement I was like “Heck yeah!!” They started the day off by getting ready at Stephanie’s grandmothers house. Everything one super relaxed and stress free. Exactly the way it should be on your wedding day.

The ceremony was held at a park over-looking Lake Champlain. Their close friend married them and it was literally perfect. Afterwards we explored around together taking photos and just smiling about how perfect the day was. You will see in the photos they literally couldn’t stop smiling all day!

After all the portraits we headed to a killer wine bar/restaraunt called Dedalus in Burlington. They had a beautiful handmade wood table set with local wine and cheese pairings. The meal was family style and everyone just reflected on the day and how much the two of them loved each other.

There were no formalities just love…period. It was such an amazing experience to be a part of. Now its time for you to get a peak into this amazing day.
