Heather + Zack - Boho Bonnet House Wedding - {South Florida Wedding Photographer} -

I first met Heather and Zack at a mutual friends birthday party and little did we know that I would eventually be photographing their wedding. They linked up with one of my favorite wedding planners, Vanessa, of Karma Goddess and she reached out to me to possibly shoot their wedding. She didn’t know at the time that we had already met ha! The three of us met up for coffee one morning and I instantly saw how excited they were to be getting married. Their vision for their wedding was a dream and I knew it was going to be super unique and fun.

These two are the perfect example of how to do your wedding on your own terms. Their vision for their wedding was all about having fun with their friends and family and they weren’t afraid of color!! They left no detail out, between the amazing food, junkanoo band, live performers at the cocktail hour and the “out of this world” afterparty where they dressed up as Ziggy Stardust! They had a huge bridal party (26 people) which is something I don’t normally have at weddings. Every single person was super fun and was so so happy to see Heather and Zack get married. Heather also made their wedding bands and all of the jewelry she was wearing. She also drew and designed the groomsmens shirts and the grooms tie. SO FREAKING TALENTED!

The florals were amazing as usual. My friend Angela, at the Altarnative never ceases to amaze me every single time we work together. She brought Heather and Zacks visiont life with foraged palm fronds and cactus and beautiful flowers and succulents. The wedding was a mix/match of things that just came together so perfectly. Thank you to all of the amazing vendors who made this day possible and to Heather and Zack for trusting all of us to create an amazing wedding day for them.
