The honor of being approached by Helen for their photography needs resonated deeply with me. When a fellow industry colleague extends such trust, it’s a moment of genuine gratitude and honor.

The day preceding the elopement, I teamed up with Ty and Carolyn from Peach and Orange Films to scout the perfect location for the ceremony. Helen and Levi had a special request for privacy, a secluded spot to exchange their heartfelt vows. After much exploration, we discovered a serene location nestled amidst a creek, an ideal setting for their intimate union.

One of the joys of elopements lies in the flexibility it affords in planning. Despite ominous forecasts of heavy rain, a brief respite in the early afternoon spurred us into action. Hastening our plans, we embarked on a drive through winding, fog-laden roads, determined to reach the chosen spot.

Clad in raincoats, Helen and Levi braved the elements as we trekked through the rain to their designated ceremony spot. The intimacy of the moment was palpable as these two souls, deeply enamored, exchanged vows of eternal devotion.
